Bridged Terms of Use

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GapaSea International Limited ("we," "us") and govern your use of the Bridged mobile app and related services ("Bridged"). By downloading or using Bridged, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Bridged.

Please read Section 13. It contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved.

1. Who can use Bridged

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Bridged if you're barred from doing so under applicable law.

2. What Bridged is, and what it isn't

Bridged gives you an outside second opinion on your own conversations: how a message you received might be read, whether a message you're about to send fits what you want, and whether there are warning signs worth noticing. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence based on the screenshots and information you provide.

You understand and agree that:

3. Your device and access

Bridged doesn't require you to create an account with a name or email. Your readings are linked to your installation of the App and your App Store or Google Play purchases. If you delete the App, lose your device, or reset it, you may lose access to your readings. You can use Restore purchases to restore an active subscription. You're responsible for keeping your device secure, because anyone who can open Bridged on it can see your readings.

4. Your content

4.1 What you upload

"Your Content" means the screenshots, text, answers, notes, names, and drafts you submit. You keep any rights you have in Your Content.

4.2 Your promises about Your Content

You confirm that:

4.3 License you give us

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, and transmit Your Content, and to share it with our service providers (including our AI provider), only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Bridged, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use Your Content to train AI models. This license ends when we no longer hold Your Content, except as needed to comply with law or resolve disputes.

4.4 Readings

Subject to these Terms, you may use the readings, drafts, and other output Bridged gives you ("Output") for your personal purposes. Output may be similar to output given to other users. You are responsible for anything you choose to send or do based on Output.

5. Rules of use

You agree not to use Bridged to:

We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.

6. Subscriptions, free trials, and billing

6.1 Subscription

Some features of Bridged, including full readings, require a paid auto-renewing subscription ("Subscription"). The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown in the App before you buy, and may vary by country. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live.

6.2 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it's available to eligible new subscribers only, as determined by Apple or Google. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the Subscription starts automatically and you'll be charged the Subscription price at the end of the trial. If you buy a Subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial may be forfeited where applicable.

6.3 Automatic renewal

6.4 How to cancel

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your store settings. Deleting the App or deleting your account in Bridged does not cancel your Subscription.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time.

6.5 Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. We can't issue refunds directly.

6.6 What stays after a Subscription ends

If your Subscription ends, your people, notes, and the drafts you wrote stay in the App, but full readings, including ones you viewed while subscribed, require an active Subscription. Safety guidance is always free.

6.7 Changes

We may change Subscription features, prices, or plans. Price changes don't affect a billing period you've already paid for.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. After that, your readings, people, and screenshots won't be available to you in the App. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your Subscription; cancel it as described in Section 6.4.

8. Our intellectual property

Bridged, including its software, design, text, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms and the applicable store rules. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

Bridged relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, cloud providers, and AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

BRIDGED AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT BRIDGED WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT BRIDGED WILL DETECT EVERY SCAM, RISK, OR HARMFUL BEHAVIOR. YOU USE BRIDGED AND RELY ON OUTPUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR RELATIONSHIPS, OR FOR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE OR MESSAGE YOU SEND BASED ON BRIDGED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BRIDGED OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO BRIDGED WON'T EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR BRIDGED IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. THESE LIMITS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DON'T LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CAN'T BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your misuse of Bridged, or your violation of these Terms or anyone's rights.

13. Dispute resolution and arbitration

13.1 Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@gapasea.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13.2 Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to Bridged or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration may be held remotely or in the county where you live. Fees are governed by the AAA's consumer rules.

13.3 Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or award class-wide relief.

13.4 Opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@gapasea.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out". Send it from Settings → Contact support in the App so it includes the identifier we need to find your account.

13.5 Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse or infringement of intellectual property. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be decided in court, not arbitration.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 13, any court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you live outside the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App or by other appropriate means before they take effect. Continuing to use Bridged after changes take effect means you accept them. You can stop using Bridged at any time. We may suspend or stop providing Bridged, or end your access, if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or business reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. App Store and Google Play terms

If you downloaded Bridged from the Apple App Store:

If you downloaded Bridged from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service, and Google is not responsible for Bridged.

17. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Bridged. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
